Sana Javeri Kadri – Founder & CEO of Diaspora Co. and OSC Rising Star Chapter Member, takes five to reflect on 5 simple questions. Enjoy!
OSC: What is your hometown?
SJK: Mumbai, India
OSC: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
SJK: That I dramatically broke my vertebrae into three pieces in 2016, was lucky to make it out alive and left behind a life of weightlifting and crossfit that nobody in this new life knows me by 🙂
OSC: What is it about the mission of your company that really ignites you?
SJK: To work in service of the very exciting future of regenerative South Asian agriculture!
OSC: What’s a favorite childhood memory of food that you have?
SJK: Feasting on alphonso mangoes from our family orchard every May.
OSC: What’s one thing that keeps you up at night?
SJK: How to grow our business to meet the truly wild demand we’re seeing, but to do it sustainably, and with integrity! Sounds so buzzy and cliched but so damn hard IRL!
