Ripple Fest

Hosted in 2023, the inaugural Ripple Fest was an experiment in regenerative gatherings. An opportunity and invitation to bring leaders together in a nontraditional setting to explore our individual and collective potential as changemakers and disruptors.  In the gorgeous setting of the Traditional Medicinals Guesthouse, we dove into deep work and conversations on sustainable packaging, better agricultural practices, regenerative governance, funding, Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and activating impact.

As we look to the future, Ripple Fest emerges as a cornerstone of OSC’s Theory of Change and Corporate direction. It is an incubator of ideas and activation, a dynamic ecosystem for individual and collective development, and a generative space for fostering community.

What is Ripple Fest? 

A better question might be, “Why Ripple Fest?”   There is a growing desire for more generative gatherings within our industry that allow for authentic connection and purposeful action.  Less panels and keynotes, more collaborative ideation and co-creation. Driven by Impact Ripples (aka breakout sessions), Ripple Fest seeks to bring together purpose-driven leaders and changemakers in the natural products industry to grow our shared and individual capacity for elevating systems-level change.

Okay, but what happens at Ripple Fest? 

• A dynamic experience that convenes brilliant minds and spirits, diverse voices and perspectives, and values-driven community.
• Opportunities to seed big ideas, evolve your impact, and explore collaborative initiatives
• Explorations on alternative business models and regenerative leadership

How do I get involved? 

By design Ripple Fest is an invite-only event. What comes out of this event? 

As a vessel of continuous activation, OSC harvests the key themes and takeaways from each Impact Ripple Session to document them in a living Impact Report.  This digital resource is shared with every attendee for continued reference and to drive engagement with identified initiatives and projects beyond the live event.   The emergent themes from this experience also inform OSC’s industry-level programming and future events, including. consecutive years of Ripple Fest.  This is not a “one and done” event, but a launchpad for developmental work that challenges us to continue exploring what we think possible.   Check out the 2023 Impact Report Below!
